Hi, I’m Shanbriel!

I am honored that you are here and considering working with me to reach your therapeutic goals.

Therapy is a journey and should not be taken lightly. It is personal and essential for you to choose a therapist that works for you. I encourage all potential clients to ask "the hard" questions about their therapeutic needs and if I can meet them. Even if this is your first time in therapy, I want to make this process as seamless and comfortable as possible.

Emotions are encouraged to be expressed, whether distress is from major life changes, anxiety, or depression. When needed, laughter is always welcome.

I embrace others who are not like me. There is beauty in our differences, and I strive to make others feel welcome through inclusivity. No matter your nationality, sexual orientation, religion or gender - YOU ARE WELCOME HERE.

What is telehealth?

Also known as virtual counseling...

Telehealth allows for us to meet in the comfort of your home (or any other place you feel comfortable). All you need is a working phone or computer with internet access. Since we are not meeting in the office, you will want to ensure you are in a secure and confidential area. Sessions can be done at your dining room table, bedroom, car, living room couch, and while taking a walk – as long as you’re comfortable and have privacy.

Overall, I can be wherever you are as long as you reside in the state of Texas where I am licensed to practice.
